- 100 hours community service
- 5 years probation
- $5,000 restitution
- Truthfully testify in any further proceedings
- Apology letter to the state of Georgia
- Continue to provide documents and evidence
Kenneth Chesebro
Chesebro pleaded guilty to a single felony count of Conspiracy to File False Documents. Ken’s sentence:
- 100 hours community service
- 3 to 5 years probation
- $1,000 fine
- $5,000 restitution

Sidney Powell
Powell pleaded guilty to six counts of Conspiracy to Commit Intentional Interference with Performance of Election Duties, a misdemeanor charge. Sidney’s sentence
